TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The 10 winners (10 winners and 10 runner-up) for the purchases worth €500 and the 50 winners (50 winners and 50 runner-up) for purchases worth €200 will be chosen by a draw performed by the Company process on 15th of April 2025 or any other date set by the Company, and they will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of being chosen.
2. Once the winners are selected, we will ensure that each winner meets the relevant criteria. In case of an invalid or incomplete participation, we will select another winner. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver a Gift Voucher to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. The winners must be (i) above 18 years of age and (ii) members of the MyPetrolina App.
4. Every transaction of €10 for automotive fuels from Petrolina, Agip, and Eni service stations corresponds to 1 entry in the draw for Gift Vouchers worth €500 or €200 from the participating Hypermarkets. The offer does not apply to purchases of automotive fuels with a Petrolina card.
5. The offer is specified as follows: a) For purchases worth €500, each winner will receive 10 Gift Vouchers worth €50 each. b) For purchases worth €200, each winner will receive 4 Gift Vouchers worth €50 each.
6. The Gift Vouchers will be issued by Petrolina and will be available for redemption at one of the participating Hypermarkets. Each Gift Voucher is valid for purchases up to its specified amount (€500 or €200). The Gift Voucher must be presented upon arrival at the checkout of the Hypermarket to receive the discount.
7. Only one Gift Voucher can be redeemed per transaction for moderate purchases (<€100), while multiple Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for larger transactions.
8. The value of the Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The Gift Vouchers are not valid for online orders from Hypermarkets Online Store, Foody, Wolt, or Bolt Food platforms.
10. The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer, discount, or app coupon.
11. Each winner can be drawn only once.
