What is the MyPetrolina app?
It is the new application by Petrolina, which rewards your transactions on P-EnergyMax automotive fuels (unleaded 95/98, EuroDiesel), automotive fuels (Autogas) and/or ENI lubricants.
It’s easy & simple! You can collect and redeem points for products, get a chance to win amazing prizes, enjoy the special offers and find information on your closest service station.
How can I become a member in MyPetrolina app?
It’s super-easy! Download the app, register to become a member and make a transaction on P-EnergyMax automotive fuels (unleaded 95/98, Eurodiesel), automotive fuels (Autogas) and/or ENI lubricants at Petrolina, Agip and ENI stations.
Who can become a member at MyPetrolina app?
All of our customers above the age of 17 can become members.
Petrolina Card Scheme participants are excluded.
Is there a cost to participate in the MyPetrolina app?
There is no cost at all. You can download the MyPetrolina application for free from Google Play or App store.
How can I collect points / participations when the station is open?
To collect points / participations, give your mobile phone number or present your QR code on the app before making a payment at the checkout. Earned points and participations will automatically be added to your MyPetrolina account.Before payment at the counter, give your phone number or scan the QR code on the app, in order to automatically enter your points/participations per transaction. Only MyPetrolina members are eligible to participate.
How can I collect points / participations during non-working hours, when the station is closed?
You can collect points/participations by selecting the “Reward Card” button on the pay terminal’s screen, scanning the QR code on the app, and following the instructions to fill up your car. Only MyPetrolina members are eligible to participate.
How can I earn points / draw participations?
- For every €1 on automotive fuels and/or lubricants transactions, you earn 1 point.
- For every €10 on automotive fuels, you earn 1 participation in the draw.
Only MyPetrolina members are eligible to participate.
How can I redeem my points?
You select the product of your choice and the service station that you wish to have your product delivered to. Then, a voucher is automatically created. Present your voucher (QR code) at the station’s counter to collect your product!
How can I see the coupons I have created?
Select the “QR code” icon from the application’s homepage, and then the “My Vouchers” option to see your available coupons.
How can I cancel a product order?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. (Lubricants coupons can be cancelled).
How do I collect the product that I ordered from the app?
When the product is delivered to the service station of your preference, you will receive a notification, informing you that your product has arrived at the station!

Can I use my points to buy fuels?
Points are redeemable only with the products from the available product catalogue on the application.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
No. Points are non-transferrable.
Do my points expire?
Points collected through the Points Scheme will expire within 3 (three) years from collection, and the expiration date may be amended without prior notice.
For instance, points collected within 2022, from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022, will expire on December 31st, 2024, and so on. Points collected are not redeemable after their expiration date.
How can I change my personal details and/or password?
For any change to your personal details or password, select the field you wish to amend from the “My Profile” section and then select “Save”.

How can I find the nearest Petrolina, Agip or ENI station?
In the application’s homepage, select the pump icon (top-right). The app will guide you to the nearest service station.
In order to identify the exact location, the GPS setting must be activated on your smartphone.
By becoming a member in MyPetrolina do I also benefit from the Antamivi or Mple schemes?
Of course! For every purchase of P-EnergyMax automotive fuels, Autogas and/or ENI lubricants, you collect points/participations in the MyPetrolina app, as well as benefit from the Antamivi and Mple schemes, respectively!
