After winning the 44th Venus Rally, which was held over two days, between 11-12 December 2021, Galatariotis and Ioannou celebrated yet another successful year. The Venus Rally was the last round of the 2021 Cyprus Rally Championship by Honda/Galatariotis-ENI. The two champions won seven out of the eight special stages, driving a VW Polo GTI R5.
Another Petrolina Racing Team crew, Alexandros Tsouloftas and Alexandros Elia, came in third in the overall standings of the Cyprus Rally Championship, while Panayiotis Yiangou and Pavlos Egglezos, also representing Petrolina Racing Team, put up a strong performance in the Championship, finishing in fourth place.
In addition to winners Galatariotis - Ioannou, another two Petrolina Racing Team crews took part in last weekend’s Venus Rally.
